Location, location, location! Motivated Seller! This 3 bed 1 bath house is located on a very desirable street in Grand Marais with views of Lake Superior. The house is within walking distance to downtown & beaches. Even though the home is close proximity to town, the double lot is lined with forest and still feels as though you are in the woods and are one with nature. Main floor has 1 bedrm and bath and 2 additional bedrm are upstairs. Kitchen floors are the original wood floors. There is a small room off the Kitchen that is being used as a large pantry/storage. Metal roof (2017) is easy maintance & the electric updated in 2000. There is a shed to hold a mower/tools to the west of the house and there is room to build a polebarn for all of your sxs/snowmobile toys. Fun fact: this house was used as inspiration for Glayds Hansen's house in the book by Ellen Airgood called South of Superior.
